Shipping & Packaging at Haand

Standard Shipping

We use UPS Ground to ship most orders.  Shipping fees vary based on the weight of your order and the distance of your shipping address from our studio in Burlington, NC. Orders ship within a few business days most of the year, and within 1-2 weeks during our busiest times, like Seconds Sales and the holiday season. 

Our expert shipping team will pack your order safely, and your box will be marked as fragile. If your package arrives damaged, we will replace any broken items at no cost to you.

Once shipped, most orders will arrive in 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Sustainability & Packaging

All of our products are shipped using recycled paper packaging. Our packaging will sometimes vary in appearance depending on supply chain availability, but it is always recyclable and compostable, and intended to get your pieces to you safely.

Expedited Shipping

We have several options for expedited shipping on in stock items available through UPS. 3 day select, 2 day air and Next Day delivery are all available depending on your location. If you need your order shipped immediately, please email us at customercare@haand.us or call us at 336.350.7957. Our Customer Care team is available 11am - 4pm ET, Monday - Saturday.

Please note: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out Monday. We are not able to accommodate orders placed on  Saturday or Sunday with the expectation of a Monday delivery. 

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select regions. If you have questions, do not see your country listed, or are placing a large order, please contact us at customercare@haand.us with the details of your order.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders

Zach (he/him)

Shipping Lead

Zach says the only thing he loves more than Star Trek, Futurama, Runescape, and Sports Cards is making sure people receive their ceramic tableware in a safe and timely manner.

Zach also loves music and helping people. "I'm still trying to get good at making music, but I can tell you that shipping pieces out on time is a great way to help people."

Damien (he/him)

Damien is positive and energetic and always brings a smile and a joke to everyone in the workshop. He loves the Panthers and the Hornets. He's an artist, and some lucky Haand fans have gotten his drawings in their packages.
