Return Items

Exchanges / Returns are not available for Seconds, Mystery Boxes, Last Chances or Made To Order pieces.

If you would like to return an item or your entire order, please note that all items must be returned to us in the same condition you received it and within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you. Once the item has been safely received and shows no sign of use, we will provide Store Credit Only - we do not offer refunds. The credit will be in the form of a gift card.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@haand.us with your order number and we will happily provide you with the return label(s).

Exchange Items

Exchanges/Returns are not available for Seconds, Mystery Boxes, Last Chances or Made To Order pieces.

If you would like to exchange an item and it is still in its original condition, please reach out to customercare@haand.us with your order number within 14 days of the date that your order was delivered to you. We will send you a return label, and once the item has been safely received and shows no signs of use, we will we will quickly ship out your new selection.

If the new item exceeds the value of your initial item, we will invoice you to collect the remaining balance. If the new item's value is less than your initial item, we will provide you with a gift card containing the extra credit.

Please note that a restocking fee may apply to exchanges depending on the size and complexity of the order. If you decide to exchange an item simply because you've changed your mind, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Restocking Fee

As a small handmade business, processing returns and exchanges requires significant time from our team - from carefully inspecting returned pieces to restocking and updating inventory. To help cover these costs while keeping our prices accessible, we apply a small restocking fee of 10% to returns. This helps us continue offering store credit and exchanges when pieces don't work out perfectly for you.

Gifts & Gift Cards

Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if accompanied by the order number, packing slip or other ‘proof of purchase’ documents.

Gift Cards are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Seconds & Clearance Items

There are no returns or exchanges for items purchased as part of the Seconds Sale or Clearance Sales. If you received an item/order that is damaged, please contact us at customercare@haand.us with your order number and we will remedy the situation promptly.
