Shipping

We use UPS Ground to ship most orders. Shipping fees vary based on the weight of your order and the distance of your shipping address from our studio in Burlington, NC. Orders ship within a few business days most of the year, and within 1-2 weeks during our busiest times, like Seconds Sales and the holiday season.

All of our products are shipped using recyclable materials. Your ceramic pieces are wrapped safe with packaging that is also home compostable, and your box will be marked as fragile. If your package arrives damaged, we will replace any broken items at no cost to you.

Once shipped, most orders will arrive in 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Returns/Exchanges

Because Haand is a small business and all our work is handmade, our policy states that we do not refund purchases to the original form of payment unless the item is defective. If a piece doesn't work for you, we can exchange your items, or give you store credit. We are happy to cover the return shipping for either option! More Returns/Exchanges info here.
