Return Items

If you would like to return an item or your entire order, please note that all items must be returned to us in the same condition you received it and within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you. Once the item has been safely received and shows no sign of use, we will provide Store Credit Only - we do not offer refunds. The credit will be in the form of a gift card.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@haand.us with your order number and we will happily provide you with the return label(s).

Exchange Items

If you would like to exchange an item, please note that all items must be returned to us in the same condition you received it and within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you. Once the item has been safely received and shows no sign of use, we will quickly ship out the new item that you desire.

If the new item exceeds the value of your initial item, we will invoice you to collect the remaining balance. If the new item subceeds the value of your initial item, we will provide you with a gift card containing the extra credit.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at customercare@haand.us with your order number, the item you would like to exchange for and we will happily provide you with the return label(s).

Gifts & Gift Cards

Gifts can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if accompanied by the order number, packing slip or other ‘proof of purchase’ documents.

Gift Cards are non-returnable & non-refundable.

Seconds & Clearance Items

There are no returns or exchanges for items purchased as part of the Seconds Sale or Clearance Sales. If you received an item/order that is Damaged, Defective or Incorrect, please contact us at customercare@haand.us with your order number and we will remedy the situation promptly.
