TIS THE SEASON | Every year around this time, B&W Roasters releases what is perhaps their most anticipated, most beloved menu offering: the Holiday Blend. It is a big, warm, liquid hug to the family who has supported us for years, and it's also an enthusiastic high five to the new friends we've met along the way.

FA LA LA LA LA | Perhaps the best thing about this year's Holiday Blend is how seamlessly it incorporates both complexity and balance. It's both refined and approachable, intricate and easy-going. It serves as a subtle, excellent introduction to co-fermented coffees like Esteban Zamora's Cinnamon Anaerobic lot,  but this coffee can be perfectly enjoyed with cream and sugar by connoisseurs and casual coffee drinkers alike. With a citrus character like oranges and plenty of spiced sweetness (think cinnamon rolls on Christmas morning!), this cup is certainly an ode to the flavors we love about the holiday season. Cooked fruit notes coupled with a glimmer of booziness remind us of mulled wine, making the whole experience a delightfully festive one. Everything about this coffee resounds with the holiday spirit, including its ability to welcome everyone to the table.

What Shipping Methods Do You Offer for International Orders?

Our main carrier for international shipping is DHL. Their available delivery options and estimated delivery times will be presented during the checkout process.

Can I Track My International Order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package online.

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

International shipping times vary (3 days to 2 weeks). Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process, but please be aware that unforeseen delays may occur due to customs processing.

What Happens If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?

In the rare event of loss or damage, please contact our support team at customercare@haand.us with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Am I Able to Edit or Cancel My Order?

To modify items, finish, quantity, shipping address, order note and more, please contact us at customercare@haand.us with your order number and any changes you wish to apply.
There is a 10% restocking fee for Canceled Orders; the fee will be waived for orders canceled within the first 24 orders.

Is There a Gift Option for International Orders?

All orders are shipped with a packing slip inside the package and does not contain the prices. The packing slip will contain the order note if one has been applied. You can add this note during the checkout process by typing in the ‘Gift message or order note’ text box located in your ‘cart’. If you would like to retroactively apply a message to the order, please contact us at customercare@haand.us

Can I Order Custom Items or Items That Are Out-Of-Stock?

We will do our very best to accommodate you! To initiate a request, please fill out the Custom Order form or you may contact customercare@haand.us to inquire about custom or out-of-stock items.

Am I Able to Return or Exchange My Order?

If you would like to return an item or your entire order, please note that all items must be returned to us in the same condition you received it and within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.
Once the item has been safely received and shows no sign of use, we will provide Store Credit Only - we do not offer refunds. The credit will be in the form of a gift card and will reflect the value of the items returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@haand.us with your order number and we will happily provide you with the return label(s).

What does it mean when a product is out-of-stock or low stock?  Will you make more?

Yes! All of our products are made in small batches and we're in continuous production to keep our website stocked. If the product you're interested in is out-of-stock or low stock, don't worry, we're busy making more! If you want to be the first to learn about out-of-stock items back in stock, click the "more available soon - notify me" button and input your email address to be the first to know.

Standard/Expedited Shipping

We offer a variable flat rate standard shipping on all domestic orders in the continental U.S. based on your order total and serviced by UPS Ground from our studio in Burlington, NC 27215. You can expect your in stock items to ship within 1-2 weeks. Orders will arrive in 1 to 7 business days depending on your location once shipped. 
We have several options for expedited shipping on in stock items available through UPS. 3 day select, 2 day air and Next Day delivery are all available depending on your location. If you need your order shipped immediately, please contact us at customercare@haand.us

Return/Exchange Items

To initiate a return/exchange, please contact us at customercare@haand.us with your order number and we will happily provide you with the return label(s).
