MEET THE PRODUCER | For Carlos Plazas, coffee is a family business. He himself is a 3rd generation coffee farmer and producer, and he currently oversees his beautiful, 19-hectare farm, Bellavista Estate, alongside his wife and son in the small Colombian town of Suaza. Named for the stunning views which can be enjoyed throughout the farm, Bellavista has become a hub for Carlos's delicious experiments in co-fermentation. Co-fermenting processes such as these are becoming increasingly common, particularly in Colombia. Whether it is passionfruit or pineapple or - in this case - cinnamon, co-fermentation is a creative and honest way to introduce new flavors to your cup.

TRUST THE PROCESS | After being picked at peak ripeness, the coffee cherries are hand-sorted to ensure quality. Then, they undergo a stint of anaerobic fermentation alongside actual cinnamon. Once the coffee cherries and cinnamon have had plenty of time to mingle, the now cinnamon-infused coffee cherries are laid on patios for drying.

TAKE A SIP | The result is reminiscent of a pop-up holiday bake shop, complete with apple pies, cinnamon doughnuts, maple candy, and a myriad of other treats sprinkled with brown sugar. It's sweet, spiced, and well-suited for sharing with friends and family this holiday season.

What Shipping Methods Do You Offer for International Orders?

Our main carrier for international shipping is DHL. Their available delivery options and estimated delivery times will be presented during the checkout process.

Can I Track My International Order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this number to track your package online.

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

International shipping times vary (3 days to 2 weeks). Estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process, but please be aware that unforeseen delays may occur due to customs processing.

What Happens If My Package Is Lost or Damaged?

In the rare event of loss or damage, please contact our support team at customercare@haand.us with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Am I Able to Edit or Cancel My Order?

To modify items, finish, quantity, shipping address, order note and more, please contact us at customercare@haand.us with your order number and any changes you wish to apply.
There is a 10% restocking fee for Canceled Orders; the fee will be waived for orders canceled within the first 24 orders.

Is There a Gift Option for International Orders?

All orders are shipped with a packing slip inside the package and does not contain the prices. The packing slip will contain the order note if one has been applied. You can add this note during the checkout process by typing in the ‘Gift message or order note’ text box located in your ‘cart’. If you would like to retroactively apply a message to the order, please contact us at customercare@haand.us

Can I Order Custom Items or Items That Are Out-Of-Stock?

We will do our very best to accommodate you! To initiate a request, please fill out the Custom Order form or you may contact customercare@haand.us to inquire about custom or out-of-stock items.

Am I Able to Return or Exchange My Order?

If you would like to return an item or your entire order, please note that all items must be returned to us in the same condition you received it and within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.
Once the item has been safely received and shows no sign of use, we will provide Store Credit Only - we do not offer refunds. The credit will be in the form of a gift card and will reflect the value of the items returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@haand.us with your order number and we will happily provide you with the return label(s).

What does it mean when a product is out-of-stock or low stock?  Will you make more?

Yes! All of our products are made in small batches and we're in continuous production to keep our website stocked. If the product you're interested in is out-of-stock or low stock, don't worry, we're busy making more! If you want to be the first to learn about out-of-stock items back in stock, click the "more available soon - notify me" button and input your email address to be the first to know.

Standard/Expedited Shipping

We offer a variable flat rate standard shipping on all domestic orders in the continental U.S. based on your order total and serviced by UPS Ground from our studio in Burlington, NC 27215. You can expect your in stock items to ship within 1-2 weeks. Orders will arrive in 1 to 7 business days depending on your location once shipped. 
We have several options for expedited shipping on in stock items available through UPS. 3 day select, 2 day air and Next Day delivery are all available depending on your location. If you need your order shipped immediately, please contact us at customercare@haand.us

Return/Exchange Items
