Haand’s products are all lead free and food safe. All the pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe. The porcelain is fired to 2300F, which produces high quality, durable and chip resistant pieces.
All pieces are made to order. There are twelve steps involved in making each and every piece, all of them done by hand. Please allow 4 weeks to receive your order.
Slight variations in color and texture are natural results of this process and should be celebrated as indicators of the piece’s transition from raw material to final product.
Matte glazes tend to show wear over time. We suggest Bar Keepers Friend to remove these marks.
