With Stormware, we wanted to recreate the way a stormy sky looks- a swirling, fuliginous combination of grays and whites that occur right after or right before a storm hits. As a child growing up in Florida, every day in the summer was marked by a sudden arrival of storm clouds on the horizon. It was like clockwork. On days when Mark's dad was home, they would climb on top of our roof and watch the thunderheads move across the ocean. They would sometimes be full of lightning, and he was always struck by the beauty and danger contained within them.
Perfect for displaying flowers, our simple forms give buds and blooms room to show their beauty and variety.
